# User Interviews

## Structure Overview

The interview script followed a structure that focused on gaining the following information about the participants:

* Differences between their working day at home vs the day at Fontys.
* Defining their working archetype
* What creativity means to them? Is ICT creative in their opinion?
* How often they can stay concentrated uninterruptedly?
* Types of breaks that they take
* How do they deal with creative blocks?
* Does the surrounding environment have any effect on productivity? How do they personalize the working area at Fontys at home? 
* For people who know R1 (the old office building that was not OIL), what did they miss there in connection to breaks?
