Structure Overview

The interview script followed a structure that focused on gaining the following information about the participants:

  • Differences between their working day at home vs the day at Fontys.

  • Defining their working archetype

  • What creativity means to them? Is ICT creative in their opinion?

  • How often they can stay concentrated uninterruptedly?

  • Types of breaks that they take

  • How do they deal with creative blocks?

  • Does the surrounding environment have any effect on productivity? How do they personalize the working area at Fontys at home?

  • For people who know R1 (the old office building that was not OIL), what did they miss there in connection to breaks?
